  • Your AI assistant conversations: chat transcripts on the site or over WhatsApp. We retain them for a limited period to serve you, follow up on your request, and improve answer quality.
  • Voice messages: transcribed to text the moment they are sent; we do not keep the audio file itself on our servers.
  • Technical data: general information about your browser, device, and the pages you visited, collected through analytics tools.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your request and prepare a suitable offer for your project.
  • To estimate the project's scope and preliminary budget.
  • To improve our services, site content, and the AI assistant.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your data, and we do not rent it to anyone.

Who may process your data

  • Meta: to measure ad performance through its analytics tools.
  • WhatsApp: when you contact us through it.
  • Our AI provider: to process your chat messages and generate responses.
  • Our hosting provider: to run the site and store data on secure servers.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our relationship. Conversations with the assistant on this website are retained for a limited period for quality assurance and follow-up on your request. Conversations with an assistant running inside a client's own Odoo system reside in that client's database and remain under the client's control. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own retention on the linked number. We also retain anonymized usage logs, such as message counts and processing costs, for billing and capacity planning.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time. Email us at hello@tarabut.pro and we will act on your request.
