One system that runs the whole company
Odoo is a business management system of the kind known as ERP: sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, point of sale, manufacturing and people in one system, where every operation is linked to the one before and after it.
When the cashier sells an item, stock drops at that moment, the accounting entry is generated, and management sees the number without anyone sending an Excel at the end of the day.

What does it manage?
Start with the departments that hurt today and add the rest when you need them. All on the same data.
Quote to order to invoice, one record per customer.
Live stock per warehouse and branch; purchases tied to real demand.
Entries are generated by the operations themselves, so the numbers match reality.
The till is connected to stock and accounting. No re-entry at closing.
Work orders, bills of materials and the real cost of each product.
Employees, attendance, leave and payroll in one place.
Tasks, hours and billing based on actual work.
Orders land in the system and ship from the same stock.
Does your company actually need it?
Not every business needs an integrated system. Honesty here saves you months and money.
It usually fits if
- You run several departments, branches or warehouses and information reaches management late.
- You rely on Excel or several disconnected tools and re-enter the same data.
- You cannot get an accurate number (stock, receivables, margin) when you need it.
- The company is growing and needs a system that grows with it.
It may not fit yet if
- A small business with simple operations run by one person.
- You only need basic invoicing or stock software.
- Nobody inside the company can take part in the project.
- You are not ready to organise procedures and train the team on a new way of working.
Odoo becomes a real investment when the cost of errors, lost time, weak control, stock and collection problems exceeds the cost of implementing the system.
How is it implemented? Not by handing over software
The software is ready from Odoo. The real work is building your company's way of working on top of it.
Discovery session
We listen to how the company works today, what breaks, and whether Odoo is the answer at all.
As-is and to-be
We map the current way of working, then design how it should run on the system, before any setup.
Short setup cycles
Each cycle: configure, test on your real data, train. Problems surface early.
Go-live and support
Department by department, and we stay with you after launch until the team is steady.

What drives the cost?
Two parts: a yearly Odoo licence per user, and implementation hours calculated from your scope.
| Factor | Effect |
|---|---|
| Number of users | Each user needs an Odoo licence; each extra department adds setup hours. |
| Apps required | Accounting and manufacturing take longer than sales and inventory. |
| State of your data | Clean data migrates faster and cheaper than years of Excel. |
| Customisations | Anything outside the standard adds time and risk, so we always start standard. |

What is new with AI?
In our implementation an AI assistant works inside Odoo itself: ask it in your own words about your real data (a branch's sales, a customer's balance, why an item ran out) and it answers from the system; ask it to record data, run an action or build a new report and it does so with your approval, from WhatsApp by text or voice.

The questions we hear most
Is Odoo free?
There is an open-source Community edition with limited features, and a paid Enterprise edition licensed per user. Companies that need full accounting and support run Enterprise, and that is what we implement.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic interface and reports, right-to-left layout, Egyptian pound and Egyptian tax.
How long does implementation take?
The smallest project (two apps, a few users) is about 6 weeks. Multi-department projects take 3 to 6 months depending on scope. The calculator shows the duration with the cost.
Do I need a developer in-house?
No. You need someone who knows how the business works and can decide, a few hours a week during the project. The technical side is on us.
What happens to my old data?
We migrate opening balances, customers, suppliers and products from Excel or your old system, after cleaning and reviewing them with you.
How is Odoo different from accounting software?
Accounting software records what happened. Odoo runs the operation itself: order, picking, shipping, collection, and the accounting entry is generated from it. You manage the company from the system instead of recording into it afterwards.
