How we charge for implementation
Implementation is straightforward. You purchase your Odoo license and hosting directly from Odoo. We bill only for the hours required to implement, configure, and deploy your system. There are no subscriptions, no recurring fees, and no charges beyond what we estimate for your project scope.
We work in prepaid hour packages. Each package includes a defined scope of work. If your project requires more hours than estimated, we discuss the additional scope with you first.

Foundation implementation
$850 for core setup and basic configuration
Standard deployment
$1600 for full implementation with integrations
Advanced configuration
$3000 for complex workflows and customization
Enterprise implementation
$6000 for large-scale deployment and support
What does the client pay directly to Odoo?
You purchase your Odoo license and hosting directly from Odoo. We do not handle these costs. You own the license and control the hosting arrangement.

Projects with more than 50 users require a separate quote. We assess the complexity and provide a custom estimate based on your specific requirements.
