The project on one page
The project is split into 4 formal phases spanning 6 weeks. Each phase has a defined goal, clear deliverables, and a formal sign-off before moving to the next.
The golden rule: every week ends with a signed sign-off. No move to the next week without a signature on the validation. This protects the project from pile-up.

Standard first: We start with standard Odoo. Any code customization = a separate change request.

One strong SPoC: A single point of contact from the client: a decision-maker, available 3 days/week.

Documentation protects: Charter + validations + sign-offs > any verbal discussion.

Master data on time: Late templates = a direct delay to Go-Live.
